Accept the ?Full Moon Fountain? Mission from them.
Once you accept the mission you are told to go to the Orastery in Port Windurst right away.
When you arrive at the Orastery and talk to Hakkuru-Rinkuru a cut scene happens, Ajido-Marujido comes in and tells you to go to the southwestern tower in West Sarutabaruta, and to press the switch in the laboratory to activate the magic towers.
Head to the southwestern tower of the Outer Horutoto Ruins. Inside the ruins you will fight 4 Jack Cardians. Once you have defeated them, examine the door to receive the ?southwestern star charm? key to the laboratory, which is a key item.
Upon heading back to the Orastery, Hakkuru-Rinkuru will tell you that Ajido-Marujido wants you to head to the central tower of the Horutoto Ruins. By this he means Toraimarai Canal. In the canal at F-8 is the entrance to Full Moon Fountain. When you enter, watch the cutscene. After the viewing, the mission is complete. You will not receive a title or reward.
