Gear: Mostly +Def and +Evasion. I borrowed some HQ Beetle pieces and Balance+1 Rings from a friend. Hairpin for MP. Battle Gloves.
Food: Tavnazian Taco for +MP and +Defense. Pamama au Lait for ghetto Regen. Yagudo Drinks fill up my MP as I use it.
Items: Icarus Wing for free TP to start.
Strat: Kill the eye!! The Eye has lv5 Petrify. You are capped at lv25. If it uses lv5 Petrify, you are screwed. So the Eye must die, and quickly. Keep the Eye pointed away from Hien, as it also has a directional sleep move. Rdm-sub for the Barspells, which are only .5 seconds to cast, and thus almost uninterruptable. Bar-aero and Bar-stone to trigger Healing Breath from Hien when I am at less than 33% HP. (it says HB III but it is really only HB II. For some reason it's still called III in capped areas) After the Eye is dead, just take down the dragon. I fought it backwards because of Petro Eyes, and I wasn't sure if it was directional or not, but figured it was best to be cautious, since it's another instant-lose move.
