FFXI Update Patch Failed

I've tried clean install FFXI and update patches ...

Seems like True Internet block (or limit bandwidth) TCP port 50000-65000

(those ports are used by FFXI, also BitTorrent)?

Symptoms

- Log in was very fast, no problem

- POL update also fast

- Slow FFXI patch download (9,xxx Files) freeze at first file.

Give up!

Any suggestion? or POL server problem?
