There is 2 different kind of quest to expand your slots....that is expanding slots in your bag and expanding slots in the mog house. I think Solid snake is talking about the latter.
The first type is called Mog House Expansion quest and the second one called Goblin Bag quest. Mog house Expansion have 3 different stages and Goblin Bag quest has 5 different stages.
Every stages of Mog House Expansion will add 10 additional slots to existing space while Goblin Bag Quest will give 5 additional slots. So maximum is 80 slots for Mog House and 50 for your bag.
Goblin Bag quest can be activated in Lower Jeuno by one of the Goblin there (รู้สึกจะชื่อ Bluffnix นะ). Mog House expansion quest can be activated by placing certain beds in your original hometown room (your mog will say about it if its succesful). To activate both quests you need a very high level of fame. Check by the fame level NPC and see how high is your fame level.
